“We travelled as a group of four, 2 adults and 2 children (3 and 6 years old). We selected a family room with a mountain view. The room was nice and clean, but it was not in the main building of the hotel. This was not convenient for us because every time we wanted to go to the swimming pool or the restaurant, we had to fully dress. As you can imagine, doing everything with 2 small children is quite time-consuming and really not ideal. The room was connected to another one through a door that……

Enjoyed the views and amenities in the suite and super handy location for skiing, easy 5 minute walk to gondola and 10 min walk in to town. Would stay again.”

“Bad Japanese restaurant is a rip off and sushi is bad. Staff appear to be friendly but it’s all just pretense and are not as helpful as they claim to be. Breakfast isn’t great either. Took 20 mins for fried eggs to arrive and don’t even have sausage on the menu.”

“A very convenient location and close to VISP station (Banhoff). It is a good hub for going to Zermatt and other sight seeing point. The hotel allow me an early checkin that is amazing in Europe. Thanks to that. The room is neat and tidy with a nice balcony. There is construction work nearby and the hotel provide 3M earplug for us that shows the empathy of the hotel.”

“櫃檯小姐態度平淡，對於飯店的設施少說明。房間光源很暗，空間可，浴室俱備L型的按摩浴缸，因我們使用三溫暖，所以未使用按摩浴缸。飯店的烤箱勉強可容納4個人，有點小，蒸氣室也只能容納兩個人，有其他人在使用時，很不方便！她有一個中等大小的室內游泳池，Wifi使用起來還算流暢。熱水壺需要的話可向櫃檯索取，有陽台面對山景”
