“Air conditioning was amazing and kept up well with an extremely hot Texas week. Game tables were very fun and appliances worked well. The house met our basic needs. Host was very responsive when a bed was missing. Room for (sometimes major) improvements: -Had to ask for access to house even after check in time. Thankfully, host responded within 15 minutes. -The flooring is coming up in multiple places. Really pretty dangerous. -While house sleeps 8, there are not enough place settings or……

“This house has it all, in a very quiet location, with an extremely comfortable bed and welcoming living room. Even did a spot of fishing at the end of the garden. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit the Houston area. Over all a fantastic stay, and thank you for the snacks much appreciated”
