“I've waited almost a week to leave this review to make sure I was being objective. Overall, our stay was ok. There were small annoyances like a missing TV remote, very cramped parking lot, and really bright lighting coming in the bedroom all night long. My daughter found hair in her bed, which isn’t unheard of in a hotel room, but not enjoyable to find. My disappointment really came when we were on our way home and received a text that we were being charged $20 for a stained towel. No one in……

“When we arrived at around 1pm, I asked front desk if we can check in earlier, they said no room available at the moment, told me to come back at around 2.30pm, so we came back at 2.30pm, they said they’re still cleaning the room, told us either waiting at the lobby or they contacted us when the room is ready, so we chose wait at the lobby. Eventually we only can check in at 3.30pm, they even didn’t apologize for the delay. Also they only provides valet parking for $25, actually we managed to……

“This property is a delightful historic gem very close to the Santa Cruz boardwalk. The owners are kind and generous and the home was quiet and peaceful. Art decorates the walls, bright windows open to the beautiful green spaces outdoors. We would recommend anyone visit when they are in town.”
