“This is the best house rental we have stayed in. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming. The house is well kept and very well stocked. 3 full bathrooms were a plus for our group of 7 adults and 4 children. The host, Joshua, went above and beyond to help us feel welcome and comfortable in our stay. The communication, whether by phone or through the app, was fast. “The condo was just as it was described, it was great location for where we wanted to go and do things. It had almost we needed, it was clean. There was only 4 K-cups left and no dishwasher detergent. And there was a large dead spider underneath the chair in the living room, these are the only things you I could complain about if I had to. “It was a nice, clean, efficient place to stay. The kitchen was great for fixing breakfast. It was within walking distance of Clifton Hill and the falls. “This one bedroom apartment was perfect for the three of us (An adult and two teens) while visiting Niagara Falls and Toronto area. The place was clean and the shower had good water pressure. There is no dishwasher, washer or dryer but we were fine with that. I do wish there were bread knifes or knifes that were sharp enough to slice bread but that’s a small thing. The hosts were very nice and responsive. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if we were ever in the area again. ”
