“We have stayed at the Petwood Hotel before, in order to join a friends party. We loved it so much that I treated us to a room overlooking the garden. It was well worth the extra money, as there was a raised area with a lovely table overlooking the gardens as well as the huge size of the room itself. The history and atmospheric quality of the hotel is superb and the local area is fabulous, especially for walks or cycling. Treat yourself to Sunday lunch if you can as a fabulous pianist called……

“離市中心一般，回酒店時要經過一條很斜很斜的路（Steep Hill），沒有自駕車極不便。 雖然有升降機到達3樓，但經濟房間那邊，仍然要經過約5至6級梯級，要搬運較重的行李箱極不便。 服務員，態度好。剛入住時，天氣非常熱，詢問要把風扇，第2天才有，已是幸運。”

“We had a lovely stay , the public areas were beautiful, however our room was disappointing as the only window was up high on the wall , which made ventilation an issue so it was extremely warm , and the room was in need of decoration . Having said that , I would definitely make a return visit as staff , food and the public areas were really lovely! ”

“Excelent - fabulous facilities & excellent breakfast. The only negative was they finish serving breakfast at 8:45 even on a Sunday!! No lie in on tis lazy weekend”

“Easy access and very bright clean and airy. It has everything you need and is lovely and quiet. Good outdoor space too with access to Queens Park boating lake. Bedrooms were both great but, if you struggle with mobility, the upstairs room might not be for you( very steep stairs!). The room and bed are amazing though! The fireplace is a stunner which wouldnt look out of place in a much larger property. Overall, this is a cracking little place to stay, less than five minutes from the beach and not……
