“How the hotel was decorated and furnished, in keeping with the original building .”

“Easy access and very bright clean and airy. It has everything you need and is lovely and quiet. Good outdoor space too with access to Queens Park boating lake. Bedrooms were both great but, if you struggle with mobility, the upstairs room might not be for you( very steep stairs!). The room and bed are amazing though! The fireplace is a stunner which wouldnt look out of place in a much larger property. Overall, this is a cracking little place to stay, less than five minutes from the beach and not……

“ We are 3 elderly friends. Communicatin regarding accessing property was excellent as was information regarding places to visit and dog friendly places to drink and eat. On entering the house we were all pleasantly surprised kitchen come dinner is lovely with everything required to live like home from home. Lounge is also very comfortable with a cosy homley feel. We all had a bedroom each and all slept very well. It was very good to have toilet and wash basin upstairs and a bathroom downstairs……

“Absolutely beautiful converted barn, set in a lovely village, we had everything we needed and more, the host Jayne greeted us on the driveway and was very pleasant, we had a lovely meal in the pub across the road the homemade chips were delicious Thank you for a lovely stay would highly recommend this holiday home ”

“Charming cottage. Great amenities. Lovely garden. Comfy beds. Really enjoyed our stay here and would happily go again. Also, I was slightly worried it would smell of dogs but it absolutely doesn’t. We loved it for a Sutton on Sea mini break. ”

“Great hotel in a very convenient location! All the staff were super friendly, especially the waitresses at the bar and restaurant—they were attentive and kind throughout our stay. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the breakfast had plenty of great options to choose from. My room was comfortable, and the bed was just what I needed for a good night's sleep. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning, which made the room a bit warm at times. Still, everything else was……
