“I is really great hotel within beautiful part of Tatry. Rooms on both sides offer lovely views, spa area is clean and fantastic to relax. “We stayed here as family (2 adults, 1 child 3y) for a prolonged weekend and had a great stay! It’s a really good family hotel with outdoor playground, indoor kids zones, pool and wellness area for families but also adults only. Our room was spacious, cleaned every day. “Instructions on arrival landed very late, so we had driven to apartment only to find you cannot get the key at the actual apartments. We had to travel to a different hotel to get checked in and pay the local taxes. The end room safe has no explanation or instructions and locked our passports away on the first day so we had to get somebody out to release the safe and never used it again. “We stayed for 3 nights in mid-August 2022. Great central location. We had a good experience in terms of the suite (clean, living room with sofa bed, bedroom, hallway, large bathroom with shower). Everything was recently renovated and priced reasonably. The included buffet breakfast was always fresh and a good variety. Fresh coffee could be ordered at the bar.
