The only downfall was the steepness of the staircase leading up to the second floor as we were also traveling with my 95 year old mother who , although quite spry, could never make it up those stairs. “Overlook Farm is fantastic! Our family has been coming to midcoast Maine for summer vacation for generations and we were looking for a "home base" for our stay this year (the remote family "camp" is in Damariscotta, but we need modern amenities, too!).
