“My stay was excellent. Thr property is very conveniently located and is only 1 min away from Petra's visitor center. The staff at the front desk (Rami) was very gracious to offer me a 2-hour late checkout so that I can freshen up after my visit to Petra. That was very mich appreciated.”

We arrived early and although there was no staff at the hotel, a staff member quickly arrived and opened the hotel, let us get ready and stored our bags whilst we went to Petra. “Amazing comfortable room with a view. We were lucky to get a room with a balcony. Check in a breeze and allowed us in our room early. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back as loved our experience here. Only let down was a lack luster breakfast but as we were not there at a very busy time of year it might have contributed. But overall an excellent experience and one of the best on our travels so far. Thank you. ”

“Hotel gave us free upgrade with terrace in our 3 day staying and I really appreciate that. Room is well equipped with kettle and shower gel, WIFI is stable. The hotel staffs are all very nice , they gave us warm greeting every time when we go in and out hotel. The hotel staff helped us to book JETT bus ticket to Amman, and the bus stop is just next to Petra. Hotel is at central area, 8 mins walk to Petra entrance with lost of restaurant selections along the main road. Hot water is always ready……

“Hotel is very close to the Petra Visitor Center and so a very ideal base for sightseeing in Petra. Room rate came with free minibar (soft drinks and mineral water) and complimentary box of Arabic biscuits. Room has capdule coffee machine. The powerful rainfall shower is an added bonus. Hotel has pool, sauna and steam room for relaxation. Staff were very professional and courteous to guests.”

“It’s a good price for what you get. It’s close to the entrance of Petra. It’s up one of the hills, so the walk home after a whole day in Petra might be challenging after a long day. The rooftop is very nice. ”
