“We had a great stay at Mamaw's Cabin! The place was perfect for our party of 3 and our dog and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The hot tub was a great way to finish the day after spending hours hiking the amazing scenery of the area, in particular the trails around the Linville Gorge. Another BIG bonus was being just 2 minutes away from Linville Falls Winery. Cell phone signal is non-existent around the cabin so make sure to plan your routes ahead of time while connected to……

“ 1 mile gravel road driving up a mountain at 10 - 15 mph to nice, clean, well furnished mountain home. Plan shopping ahead of time or drive 15 minutes to Walmart or longer to neighboring towns. Other local grocery stores closed, damaged from Helen. Dress for being on a mountain, it gets cold quickly. Drive to hiking trails, no hiking trail directly from rental. “This place was great. Just what I needed for me and my husband plus our two dogs. Was very clean. The yard was super cute for kids or dogs and the firepit was a bonus. Very nice hosts. It could use slight upgrades in terms of furniture but everything was tidy and functional. It was about 5-10 minutes from downtown area and you could probably walk to some breweries in about a mile! Overall we would stay here again I really feel like the photos make it look smaller than it actually was. We had a……
