“Overall the hotel is ok for what you pay. The room was perfect: large, very clean, quiet, etc; no complaints. However the common areas looked old and with strong smell like someone was smoking (not cigarettes).”

“Property was good. Valet staff was very helpful. Front desk team also amazing. Only issue I had was the room windows don’t open for fresh air which is a huge down side for me. They should open at least a few inches. One other thing was the pillows are super fluffy and bed was too soft. Out side of that great property, great staff, great location ”

“I’ve never stayed in such a terrible hotel! The walls and floors outside the room were filthy, and the floor inside the room was dirty too — only the bed was clean. Small cockroaches would crawl out from time to time! I even had to spend my own money to buy cockroach spray and place it around the room. The only thing worth praising was the housekeeping staff — mostly Central and South Americans who didn’t speak much English, but thankfully we could communicate using translation apps on our……
