“Ich war mit meinen zwei Kindern 15 und 17 Jahre für 12 Tage in New York. Für lokale Verhältnisse war die Wohnung gut erreichbar, man hat etwa eine Stunde bis zur Innenstadt gebraucht. Die Wohnung ist von diversen Bus- und Metrostationen umgeben. Sie liegt im 1. Stock direkt an der Kreuzung 1 Avenue und 103 Street und ist unfassbar laut, Tag und Nacht. Der Lärm darf einem nichts ausmachen. Ansonsten war alles da, was man braucht. Man sollte keinen europäischen Standard erwarten. Uns hat die Zeit……

“The property was very clean and accomodating for my husband myself and my 2 daughters 5 and 6 yrs old. We were able to put them to bed in the back bedroom with their own tv and stay up ourselves with the complementary bottle of wine left for us! What a treat. The queen size pull out sofa was comfortable. They left us eye masks and the bathroom was stocked with tooothbrushes and mouthwash shampoos conditioner and body wash. “Very nice place for a big family! There are two spacious living rooms, which was great for everyone to hang out and relax. The parking space is large, which made things super easy for us. The location is also very convenient—just a short walk to the train station, so getting to the city was no problem at all.The house has an older style, but for the price, it’s still a great deal. It was comfortable, functional, and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend for families or groups……

“The location and size of this property are its best qualities. We needed space for our teens and a kitchen. This place is good size for New York City. The surrounding area felt mostly safe. The kitchen was equipped and plenty of bath towels. Very easy access to the 2 subway and grocery stores. Carmen let us check in early which was very helpful since we flew a red eye. “A fantastic stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything I needed. “This property has been skillfully and thoughtfully updated. Window unit AC in every room. Plenty of GFC outlets. Everything you need in the small and functional kitchen. Beautiful bathroom. One bedroom is a quiet dark cave. One is gorgeous and sunny. Surprisingly quiet for its location. There are city noises and that are to be expected, but the AC drowned them out. The Subway is about 30 steps away and you can get anywhere in less than 30 minutes! Here's the reason I can't give it five stars……
