“Our recent staycation was largely wonderful. The staff were incredibly accommodating and the service was superb. However, the property's safety needs improvement, particularly during the rainy season. The stairs are dangerously slippery; I unfortunately fell on the stairs while carrying my toddler, resulting in a seven-step tumble. I strongly recommend installing rubber guards on the stairs to prevent similar accidents.”

“I had some meetings in Calaca and decided to stay the night in Canyon Woods. I was not expecting much from previous reviews and I was surely IMPRESSED with what I saw. Check In was very efficient with knowledgeable staff. The room itself was clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and air conditioning which is a must was strong and cool. Ron Q, the afternoon front desk staff was always available to assist with my needs whether it was food, transportation or extra towel at night. “The property is about 20 mins drive to Tagaytay which is not too bad considering that a hotel stay in Tagaytay is just for a place to sleep after spending time roaming around the city. With the reasonable price this place is a good find. We took a room that sleeps 7 with a private room, so we have a plenty of room for 5. Staff is very helpful and accommodating as well.”
