“It is very very close to the railway station. The room is small but very clean and tidy. There is no lift and you will need to take your luggage upstairs. It is also close to the beach. A very nice and enjoyable stay.”

“On arrival Rory the General manager was at hand to take our luggage and gave us great Welcome. He was very helpful with information about the area we were in and gave us information about parking and places to eat. The Hotel at the moment is still in the process of being refurbished. So, yes there were a lot of painting, decorating and new carpets to be laid. However, the Dining area is one area that has been done and if the rest of the Hotel is done to that standard it will be……

“The staff were young and very good. Was very busy for them but kept on top of restaurant. Bar was busy and could have done with extra staff. Overall the stay was nice. ”

“Kersbrook hotel is a beautiful thatched roof hotel in Lyme Regis within walking distance of the town and the famous Cobb. The full English breakfasts were amazing and the staff were wonderful! The hotel had special significance since I used to live next door in the 1960’s. My only complaint, and this is true of all English country hotels, is that the shower was difficult to to use. Overall, a wonderful experience. Thank you Alex”

“The hotel was welcoming and the room was spacious, and comfortable, if a little stuffy. It was at the top of the building and the windows would only open a little. The room would have been less stuffy had the windows been opened before we arrived, and the blinds drawn. It was clean, and the linen was all good. All in all, a pleasant stay.”

“Had a fantastic night. Lovely little place. Beautiful room. Really nicely decorated, you can tell a lot of effort has gone in to the room and communal areas. Amazing sea view to wake up to. Everything you could need, hairdryer, mini fridge etc. Lots of options to control overnight temperature to our liking. Very very clean. Hosts were friendly and able to advise of good parking nearby. Wasn't noisy, from inside or out. Would definitely recommend. Incredible quality for the price.”
