“We had had two very nice nights’ stay at the Fleece as part of a tour of Hadrian’s wall.
The pub/hotel has been refurbished to a high standard with quality materials, joinery and fittings.
We stayed in a superior room that was very well maintained and much larger than we expected.
We ate breakfast both mornings. There was a buffet (cereals, juice, toast, pastries, yoghurt, etc.) and a good range of dishes cooked to order.
Dinner was also excellent with a good choice, high quality food and……
