“I wanted to stay in Casa Andina but they didn't have a room for five so we booked one spacious room at this hotel the very last minute for 2 adults 3 kids. It was great. The hotel is close to the main Plaza and you can walk to stores, pharmacies, restaurants, places to book your tours. It has stairs and the front seat is in the second floor, our room was on the third floor. You won't be able to pay for your stay on hotels dot com but in person when you get to the hotel.
