“Latica lodge was amazing to stay at! If you’re looking for that community vibe then this should be on the top of your list. Everyone from all over the world staying there, all having breakfast/supper together was spectular. “Great spot for a family vacation in Tamarindo. Good location, close to town, about 15 minute walk, but secluded from night life and noise. Staff were super friendly. We love playing beach volleyball in the evenings with the entertainment crew. ”

“The building is U shaped with the rooms overlooking the beautiful pool in the center. The room had great AC and was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly even offering to let us borrow beach chairs if needed. Breakfast each morning by the pool was fantastic. Located in the center of town made it easy to walk to restaurants, the beach or shopping. Glad I chose it! ”

“Beautiful property, huge pool, variety of restaurants. Slightly isolated from any towns (half hour drive to Tamarindo and they have a shuttle). Walked to a nice beach restaurant, Lola’s. Could advertise that the spa has a sauna, steam room and small pool. Spa prices were high for Central America but service was good. Really enjoyed the Tamarine Restaurant. “I had the perfect stay at Surfo house in tamarindo! I was very comfortable I even extended my stay. The areas are clean, the kitchen has everything you need, the store is conveniently located just downstairs, the beach is just 3 minutes walking distance, close to all restaurants, shops, even the bus station is right there. “We had a wonderful stay. There was an issue with an air-conditioning unit which was fixed quickly and efficiently. The villa's private pools were lovely. The hotel pool kept us entertained with the monkeys in the trees above our heads. Great buffet breakfast included which set us up for the day. ”
