“This cute little hotel is located very close to the Chinatown gates, bus stops, restaurants. There is a little market up the road for some groceries and cold wine/beer. The pub next door has good food. It is an older building with a narrow winding staircase, but it does have an elevator. It does not have that old building smell, though! The room is spacious with large openable windows (no A/C). The sofabed in this suite is incredibly uncomfortable and needs replacing. Fortunately I only had to……

“As much as I hate leaving a negative review, I feel I have to. The listing makes the rooms look clean, but they’re disgusting and ours had a window leading to a ledge right outside the window that anyone could have come onto and broken in. No hot water, even after running it for five minutes. No Wi-Fi. Rude manager.”

“Wonderful spot to stay especially if you value being able to easily walk to tasting rooms, restaurants & shopping while still enjoying a huge yard, trees and birds. The path from the backyard provides a safe and peaceful walk to town. The place was clean and comfortable and the hosts are friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.”
