“This cute little cottage is right in the middle of town and near everything you may need- coffee and pastries directly across the street, walking distance from the beach, post office, shops, and other houses people are staying in (we were meeting up with family). It’s quiet and set back, with a gate to close so you have your own little spot away from everything as well. Two rooms with queen beds, lots of windows to open, fruit trees all around and a deck to sit on in the morning when you have……

“The location was perfect—just a short walk to tons of great restaurants and bars. The rooms were super cool, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We loved staying here and would definitely come back. Thank you!”

“We enjoyed our one night stay here at the Marina Motel. Our exact room was right on Lombard St. which is HWY 101 so expect a lot of noise. Even though there were lots of noise, we enjoyed the stay. The room is very small so I would caution staying anymore than a couple nights, especially if you have older kids or more than 2 adults. I'd advise this room to anyone that will not plan on being indoors. The location is great however. It's a short walking distance to The Palace of Fine Arts and many……

“The home was clean and as advertised. Getting into the house was difficult as the directions weren't clear and it was hard to get ahold of the property manager, but there was a glitch with the phone line. Once that was resolved, he was able to help get us into the property and the rest of the time was great. Clean and cute. ”

“We loved our stay in Howard’s apartment. The neighborhood is perfect for exploring in all directions—Richmond with all its great restaurants, Golden Gate Park and the de Young museum, the Presidio etc. Nearby Geary street gives you a. Straight shot downtown on the bus. Howard was very helpful and communicative and we particularly appreciated his letting us leave our luggage for a late pick up on our last day. It was a delightful stay. ”
