“We were here for a conference at the Fairmount and it was less than a 5 mins walk. Felt very safe walking in the area. This property is central to anything you might want to do in San Fran. “The unit was great and had everything we needed. The one doble bedroom with no bathroom was a little cold but ok. Parking was easy in the area. We didn't use public transportation so don't know about it. A little far from the center of the city but great location from the Golden Gate Park and those areas, which we liked. We would repeat it for a family vacation.”

“This property is perfect for any family! It is steps away from the beach and Golden Gate park. The sunsets are absolutely amazing and the cool pacific breeze is always refreshing! There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, yet it is a quiet neighborhood filled with friendly neighbors. The kitchen is state of the art with a Viking stove that makes any meal preparation fun! Our host responded to any questions within minutes. We stayed for 30 days and enjoyed every minute of it!”

“Upon arrival our first impression was that the outside of the building was filthy, spider webs, dirt, and debris everywhere. The property is located next to an autobody shop so the view is of car parts and trash. The condo supplied one dish towel, 3 sets of cutlery and a table not capable of seating more then 2 people. The chairs were loose and wobbly. The bathroom fan had an inch of dirt covering it and all the window sills were covered in dirt. Very disappointed. Do not waste your money here!……

“This is a fabulous neighborhood. Great location. A few blocks from Golden Gate park. Beautiful (Safe) street. Best of all you can park in the garage!! "Kitchenette" has sink, small refrigerator/freezer, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, hot water pot, utensils, cutting board etc. Perfect for accommodating snacks and take out meals. You're not going to full on cook here……
