“The unit was quiet despite being on a busy street, very clean, had everything we needed, and was close to campus for our gathering. VERY responsive and accomodating to phone call requests. They allowed us to drop off luggage early and solved a heating problem the day we called. Plus there is a great coffee shop within walking distance”

“Convenient location and great views from LR/DR kitchen and nice balcony with tables & chairs & a sofa. Trader Joe’s & Walgreens short walk. The owner was responsive & easy to work with. There are a fair amount of steps, and the street is hilly—it’s San Francisco, so if not up for 4 flights, probably not for you. ”

“Great private room in a great location. Well appointed and clean. Bed was comfy! Linens were top notch. Bottle of wine a nice touch. Location was easily walkable to downtown. Grocery right across street! Enjoyed Palm Sunday mass at church (also across side street). Would’ve been a bonus if it had a magnifying makeup mirror. Closet light was out. Difficult to keep shower water from getting on bathroom floor due to design. Felt bad about how wet floor towels got. All in all I would highly……

“This property had lots of amenities including parking, washer/drier and the kitchen was stocked and well labeled. The beds were comfortable. The location was great with Clement and California Street having so many nearby restaurants and markets. We enjoyed our stay.”

“This property was beyond perfect. Almost didnt want to go to sleep because we wanted to just keep watching the water and the sunrise was so gorgous. Also having be such a short walk to a wonderful breakfast place was great. We enjoyed getting to walk along the waterway and look at all the cute houses on the water. The host was fantastic wirh communication and clear instructions for everything. Couldnt have had a better experience. ”

“The boat and accommodations were comfortable & lovely inside. We were in unit A which is the one in the back with a side deck. The bed is beyond comfortable. Not much space for suitcases as we were traveling across the country for a week but it all worked out. For us it rained the whole time. Poured and the wind…but the boat house was solid. The area is interesting. The house is located behind some industrial buildings. The parking is all based on the tides. We did not have any problems.……

“Reserved for long Mother’s Day weekend to be close to daughter living in outer Richmond/SF. Had my mom and other daughter staying with me and accommodations were perfect. Communication quick and helpful, the book Liane and Scott put together covered every detail of potential question. Location was fabulous, beds incredibly comfortable, kitchen well-stocked and they went beyond with welcome gifts of CA wine, cheese and SF sourdough bread.. Add to that the very thoughtful surprise of fresh……

“The apartment was a perfect size for us. The beds were very comfortable and the garden/views were beautiful. It's right off the 101, so easy to access. Walkablity is 5/10, but very easy drive to coffee and restaurants. ”
