“Location convenient to Playa Zoni, which is a breathtaking and not crowded beach that usually has calm ocean waters. Important to have a vehicle to make it to town for errands. Beds comfie and views great. ”

“House has beautiful views and a nice pool. the location is really good - close to Esperanza, quite away from others. You should be comfortable with cats and dogs as the owner keeps a few around. The owner and property manager could very easily show more generosity to guests with small kitchen investments and cleanliness. Kitchen is only barely equipped, bathroom wasn’t thoroughly clean, moldy shower curtain, not enough towels. Easy stuff to correct and I hope they do.”

"Our stay at this property was disappointing due to several issues: 1. No Hair Dryer or Hot Water The room did not have a hair dryer, and there was no hot water available throughout our stay, which made it very inconvenient. 2. Lack of Basic Supplies The toilet paper roll was nearly empty when we arrived, and no refills were provided. 3. Excessive Humidity The room was extremely humid. After participating in a bioluminescence activity, we were unable to dry our wet clothes overnight—even hanging them on a chair only made them wetter. Without a hair dryer or proper ventilation, we were forced to wear damp clothes while traveling. The humidity also affected the bedsheets, which felt damp and made it hard to sleep. 4. Unhelpful Property Manager We contacted the property manager for assistance, but they were unable to provide any solutions to these issues. Overall, the poor conditions and lack of responsiveness made our stay uncomfortable and frustrating. I would not recommend this property to others unless these issues are addressed. "
