“A friend I stayed at The Rising Sun, Isleta Marina one night. Our host, Jazmin, was easy to communiate with. The interior of the condo was clean, cute and well- maintained. There were ample supplies as described on the VRBO site. We were delayed in arriving so, unfortunately we didnt have much time there. S.ome areas on the property (pool area, some hallways) needed work. We knew there was a restaurant on the island and were planning on that for dinner. We didnt bring goceries for one……

“This house is an easy drive to all the beaches and restaurants but also away from town so that you have privacy. There is plenty of room and lots of beds. The washer/dryer are under the house and bring your own soap! I pack laundry strips. The views are great from this house. A jeep/car is needed to get up the steep driveway.”

“Location convenient to Playa Zoni, which is a breathtaking and not crowded beach that usually has calm ocean waters. Important to have a vehicle to make it to town for errands. Beds comfie and views great. ”

“We were only on island one day. This spot was perfect for a home base while we explored the island. Enjoyed a beautiful sunrise in the morning with the roosters and some matcha from the roof. Wear bug spray. I made a lovely breakfast buffet for the squitossquitosmosquitos a lobuffet”

“The decoration is very nice. Perfect for two. It is very quite.”

“I cannot say enough good things about our stay here. There was excellent communication from both Rene and Marcos the property manager before and during our stay. The villa and property is breath taking. We had our micro wedding elopement here and it was everything I wished for and more. It was very windy during our stay and weren’t able to swim in the ocean at the villa but we were grateful for the beautiful pool. We loooooved the horses that roam the island. 10/10 would recommend and would most……

"Our stay at this property was disappointing due to several issues: 1. No Hair Dryer or Hot Water The room did not have a hair dryer, and there was no hot water available throughout our stay, which made it very inconvenient. 2. Lack of Basic Supplies The toilet paper roll was nearly empty when we arrived, and no refills were provided. 3. Excessive Humidity The room was extremely humid. After participating in a bioluminescence activity, we were unable to dry our wet clothes overnight—even hanging them on a chair only made them wetter. Without a hair dryer or proper ventilation, we were forced to wear damp clothes while traveling. The humidity also affected the bedsheets, which felt damp and made it hard to sleep. 4. Unhelpful Property Manager We contacted the property manager for assistance, but they were unable to provide any solutions to these issues. Overall, the poor conditions and lack of responsiveness made our stay uncomfortable and frustrating. I would not recommend this property to others unless these issues are addressed. "
