"Our stay at this property was disappointing due to several issues: 1. Lack of Basic Supplies The toilet paper roll was nearly empty when we arrived, and no refills were provided. 3. Excessive Humidity The room was extremely humid. After participating in a bioluminescence activity, we were unable to dry our wet clothes overnight—even hanging them on a chair only made them wetter. Without a hair dryer or proper ventilation, we were forced to wear damp clothes while traveling. The humidity also affected the bedsheets, which felt damp and made it hard to sleep. 4.
