“Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it. “After reading reviews I wasn’t really sure what to expect. But when I say I was pleasantly surprised that would be an understatement. The place was beautiful the view was breathtaking and the faculty was so accommodating. Their restaurant was closed but their sister property across the bay was open and it was equally awesome I can’t recommend this place enough. When traveling to St Thomas keep in mind it’s an island there is ALOT of water so properties aren’t going to be the Ritz if it’s safe……

“The property is new so very clean. Short walk to the beach and food/drinks. They sell mixed drinks and food at the beach. Umbrella/chair rental are avail at the beach; very reasonable. There are bathrooms for a small fee. A car rental is necessary, not much nearby. Uber was not reasonable. Food at the hotel was good. Not much shade at the pool. They need more umbrellas in the pool area. They give you beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach but they are not in very good shape but doable. ”

“Our group of friends were at La Casona Blanca for twelve nights in January, 2025. The property is even nicer than the pictures in VRBO. The place is spectacular, clean and comfortable and stocked with everything we needed for a great Vieques vacation. Charles was around to answer questions and the pool was cleaned and property maintained while we were there. My husband and I have vacationed in Vieques a few times and we enjoyed sharing the island with friends at this gorgeous property. The……

"Our stay at this property was disappointing due to several issues: 1. No Hair Dryer or Hot Water The room did not have a hair dryer, and there was no hot water available throughout our stay, which made it very inconvenient. 2. Lack of Basic Supplies The toilet paper roll was nearly empty when we arrived, and no refills were provided. 3. Excessive Humidity The room was extremely humid. After participating in a bioluminescence activity, we were unable to dry our wet clothes overnight—even hanging them on a chair only made them wetter. Without a hair dryer or proper ventilation, we were forced to wear damp clothes while traveling. The humidity also affected the bedsheets, which felt damp and made it hard to sleep. 4. Unhelpful Property Manager We contacted the property manager for assistance, but they were unable to provide any solutions to these issues. Overall, the poor conditions and lack of responsiveness made our stay uncomfortable and frustrating. I would not recommend this property to others unless these issues are addressed. "
