“A very comfortable place to stay, really love all facilities and decoration. It's ancient but fashion one. The staffs are really nice and very helpful. I will love to stay there again. By the way, the breakfast and dinner are really delicious.”

“Great little pub with large outside seating area. Pizza night Fridays & very nice too. Room very comfy a little warm being at the top of the building but had a good air con fan. Probably not a common problem in this part of the world!!!”

“基本住宿是合格的，但服務有相當可以改善的空間。首先是洗衣服務，酒店簡介說是有洗衣服務的，但前枱小姐說沒有，要客人自己抬衣服去15分鐘路程外的自助洗衣店洗衣，非常不便，不明白這麼簡單的服務酒店為什麼不可以安排。另外是借用雨傘，極大部份酒店都有雨傘借給住客，查詢時前枱小姐又說沒有。其他的也不細說了。”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Lakes. It’s such a beautiful setting with so many activities on offer including a spa. We ate in the restaurant and it really is an experience- the food and service were outstanding. Bedrooms are beautiful - decor and furnishings. Guest services were very helpful both prior to arrival and on the day. We we definitely be back! ”

“有冷氣，位置非常好，距離超市，巴士站，大教堂，都非常近！可惜，櫃台服務人員，態度很冷淡！我們本來只預定了最基本的房間 8 晚，但他們卻給我們一大間 apartment，共有超過10張 6尺雙人床那麼大！我們很害怕被加價，不過幸好沒有！可是進飯店，搭電梯出來，要走很遠很遠，還要上 26個階梯，沒電梯！中間要開關 7 扇門，門很厚重！而我們的行李共有 80 公斤，所以很艱苦！設備很不錯，有免費的膠囊咖啡，唐寧茶可喝，有小冰箱，有小小一瓶真正的鮮奶！網路上，這家飯店的apartment，都是附有小廚房，有廚具，可是我們住到的apartment，沒有廚房廚具，而是附有一間客廳，有一台很大的新的LG 電視，可是不能看！還好臥房有一台比較小的舊電視可以看。Wifi 常斷線，最恐怖的是：晚上10點半之後，絕對沒熱水可以洗澡！不幸的是，今年的夏天，英國多雨又冷，晚上常15度C以下！賽倫塞斯特大概被觀光客騷擾得很煩，對觀光客比較不歡迎，不友善！賽倫塞斯特是「科茲窩丘陵」的中心，方便搭巴士去周圍很多美麗的小鎮，村落！”

“Um excelente hotel," by Marriott ", quarto amplo, elevador amplo. Reservamos também a suite para três pessoas da familia, wue ficaram muito satisfeitos com o atendimento e o fato de ser ampla e muito funcional. O hotel é rico em detalhes e o café da manhã, soberbo. Recepção e serviço excelentes. Funcionários muito brm preparados. Destaque para alguns que nos atenderam mais e muito bem, Sonya e Joy. A localização do hotel é ótima, próximo a vários pontos turísticos. Com certeza, voltaremos……

“Owner checked me in, really lovely guy. Very friendly and helpful. Room nice and comfy. Restaurant downstairs had a special on, so i had a sampling of the goat and the venison curry. Best I've ever had. Owner also pours a mean Guinness. I'll definitely be back!”
