“Ich habe kürzlich ein paar Tage in diesem Hotel verbracht und bin absolut begeistert. Schon beim Check-in wurde ich herzlich empfangen, das Personal war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mein Zimmer war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. “We booked a one BR Apartment for a family of 4 including 2 kids (5 yo). The apartment and the bathroom was spacious and fully equipped. The sofa bed in the living room converted to a pull out bed (unfortunately it is the most uncomfortable bed for 2). The location of the hotel is excellent, with 2 minutes walk to the famous Arbat Street. There are plenty of supermarkets around, with a huge Magnum store just across the road in Lumier building. ”

“We loved our stay here. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and assist us. The breakfast was the most extensive buffet we have ever seen; we were shocked that there had been negative reviews. The location is great. “The Plaza Hotel is a decent place to stay in Almaty. The rooms are clean, well equipped and comfortable. The breakfast is good but not amazing but as it’s a buffet I’m sure there’s plenty there to satisfy everyone. It’s not the most central hotel but the area around is safe and the river makes orientating yourself in the city quite easy. Get Yandex Go the ex-Soviet equivalent of Uber and getting around costs next to nothing and is very quick and efficient. Would I stay here again? Absolutely!……

“It's pretty hotel in city center of Almaty. It's located near underground station "Almaty". A lot of bars and restaurants are near hotel. For extra money (5000tg) you can order very good breakfast. ”
