The people in front made the mistake of stopping near the top and got stuck. The manager (owner?) and son rushed to their aid and worked in the snow to get them out. They instructed me (no chains) on how to do it and it worked like a charm and out we went. The room was comfortable including the beds except for……

“Nice room, quiet neighborhood”

“Before we book，we called the reception to inform that we have 2 young children,9y&6y, and they didn't tell us there is an additional 20USD for children,but after we arrived, the reception asked for 20USD for my children. I accepted it, but not happy about this.”
