“Before we book，we called the reception to inform that we have 2 young children,9y&6y, and they didn't tell us there is an additional 20USD for children,but after we arrived, the reception asked for 20USD for my children. I accepted it, but not happy about this.”

“We were Three Guys on a friends’ retreat, four-night getaway to Lake Arrowhead. This cabin was perfect for us with all the needed amenities. The floor plan, furniture, decking and equipment, including an easy-to-use gas fireplace, were just right. The outdoor spa was wonderful. The galley-style kitchen was functional and fully equipped. “The beds are too small for two people for each bed and create notice when the direction moves during sleeping time. Need to replace them as my concern.”

“Got it the hotel, and they said they couldn’t find the reservation. Had to wait up to 30 minutes to check in while it’s 1am, very frustrating experience. Room was clean though, just terrible front desk.”
