“Such a beautiful home and location on the river. Kathy was very easy to communicate with. It was so comfortable and filled with amenities. The added bonus of kayaks and paddle boards and option of the pontoon boat was so nice. It was very clean and it was a relaxing stay. We didn’t want to leave to go to our next stop! ”

“A nice place for a one night stop over… motel is economical, as advertised, clean and staff is very friendly. Breakfast in the morning was good - waffles were tasty. Location was great - close to restaurants and specialty shops. Will return on our travels!”

“After reading the reviews I was a little worried on booking, but I was like hey everyone has a different experience. The house was very clean! Our favorite view was from the backyard/sunroom. Nothing beats that beautiful view! The only thing bad that I have to say is if you like a little night pizza to snack on bring your own pizza cutter! But otherwise our stay was wonderful. The host communicated back with us in a timely manner. I would definitely stay at this location again. ”

“The location is in walking distance of many shops, activities and the Arnold ferry service which I highly recommended using if you are heading to Mackinac.The room was comfortable, linens were clean as was the bathroom. Do not rely on the breakfast. Coffee was hit and miss when available. Food items were minimal, prepackaged granola bars and muffins. It’s a shame the dining area was closed as this is a missed opportunity for the hotel. Remember this is right near the water so yes there are birds……
