“still breakfast, even no packed oatmeal or pastries?! BUT same price!!! Even no decaf coffee after checking with front desk; as customer, trying our best to understand, but seems Covid became such an convenience to hotels and lots of inconvenience to us! I request a partial refund for expensive these two rooms which will be very reasonable ”

“Greeted and staff walked us to our room which was quite nice. Lovely and comfortable king size bed in the Macon Room. Met several nice folks on the porch then Uber-ed to dinner. Breakfast was really good cheesy grits and crisp bacon while my mate enjoyed the sausage casserole with fruit. Loved the Royal Cup coffee they served. We only stayed one night but it was a nice stay.”

“The room was spacious and clean. There were no amenties, such as body wash or shampoo. There were no lamps on the night stands. The A/C was stuck on 60 degrees. The manager did come in the second day and stated that the wires were crossed and another room was controlling my A/C.”

“ My room had something sticky spilled on the carpet in a few places, like a soda. The 2 concrete speed bumps near the entrance, need to have rounded corners to prevent damage to a vehicle's tires.”

“I don't know why this is in the Expedia website it is not what the photos showed. This is the worst hotel I have ever in my 35 years of traveling have seen. It is unsafe for any one to work thru, roaches everywhere, no towel, no pillows, no blankets and the mattresses were broken tear, oh my God, loss my money had to leave the second day, got a better place and spend extra money without needs....Why...Will never do business with Expedia untrustworthy site..”

“It was a super midnight late arrival because of the weather storm. Highways were closing. The man at the desk was kind, helpful, and made me feel very welcome - assisting with the vending machine when all the local restaurants were closed. Had a wonderful time here and thankful they had a room! ”
