“My husband and I were down to explore the area as we are moving to Virginia in the next couple of months. We loved this place and you guys thought of everything to make it stress free and relaxing. Loved that we could bring our fur kids with us and had tons of room to play and run!! We will definitely be back!! We give it two thumbs up and 4 paws up!!”

“This was a great spot for a college reunion of 10 guys. We jump around from year to year, but are planning to come back here. We were all amazed at the construction of the main house and it's giant pine logs. (Suggestion: hire a professional photographer to represent the place better on this site.) We had plenty of space in the main house, but also used the tree house which was great as well. The kitchen had everything we needed and was spacious. The fireplaces got used a bunch, but did take……

“We enjoyed our stay very much. The space was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was pretty well stocked in both pans and staples. We were disappointed, however, with how full the freezer was with food, almost to the point where we couldn’t store what we brought, and the refrigerator was fairly filled as well We also would’ve liked if the campfire chairs had been better maintained, but the grill worked well. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and felt it was a very good value.”

“This property is the best short term rental I’ve encountered. The house is stocked with everything you need and the amenities like the sauna, game room, and BBQ pits are all welcome features to the immaculate grounds. We made many fond memories and look forward to returning. ”

“Lovely home and great vacation location near DC area. House is fabulous with wonderful views. Kitchen is very well stocked, dining and living area are both spacious and inviting, bedrooms are comfortable and bathrooms are nicely appointed. Bonus rooms are fun and useful. Property is great - even with snow and ice. Perfect place for family getaway! ”
