“Was a little concerned to stay here because I saw some bad reviews but I stayed at this property for 5 nights and as a young solo female traveler I felt completely safe here and would love to stay here again when I come back to Seattle! It’s a cute little property with everything I needed, the other guests were quiet and respectful as well. “The stay itself was the best part of our trip. It was super quiet besides the neighbors across the street on our second night had a loud party till about 10 which wasnt bad. It was a little unclear that this was a shared house/apartment and only found out about that after reading reviews. Everything was clean, refreshing and was a perfect little cozy place to stay while in Seattle. The neighborhood itself was a little sketchy at moments and the fear of my car getting broken into was real.……

“The place is clean. There is a mini fridge in room plus it has a full shared kitchen and laundry. Private room and bathroom. On the top floor is a balcony that looks out at Mt Rainier. It was a new experience for me to stay at this kind of place, but it was a positive experience. Vince responds to any questions right away. I thought it was going to be difficult to figure out how to get in the place and in my room, but it was actually easy to do. I will definitely stay there again. Oh the……
