“The hospitality and friendliness of the staff were great. Having free full hot breakfast and free dinner provided was amazing. The pool, hot tub, fridge and microwave in the room made it even better. Free airport shuttle. All around made for a great stay. ”

“Called room sevice for 10 minutes and not getting any reply. Finally got connected and asked for a water. They said no free water which is fine, so we asked to buy one and they said OK, will send it up. The water never comes and we don't want to call for another 10 minutes just for the water.”

“First of all, I arrived at around 8:00pm, the woman at checkin table was not nice at all. Not patient, not friendly. I don’t know if you have trained your staff to be professional. Second, on the third day of my stay, the room cleaning service came, but I was still in the room so she couldn't clean it. After a while, I told the front desk about it when I went out. Hope to clean my room when we were out. The front desk said they would follow up, but when I came back in the evening, I found that……

Solo por un inconveniente sobre los cobros, tuvimos dos habitaciones por dos noches, pagamos todo anticipado, llegando se pagaron las dos noches dé parquímetro y los dos depósitos pero al final nos hicieron otro cargo a nuestra tarjeta que no tenía ningún sentido, no nos dieron solución ni respuesta. ”

“Tasha at the Front Desk is such a sweetheart. She answered all the questions my girlfriend and I had without any hesitation. The cleanliness wasn’t the best, as there were a few hairs in the shower. Maybe a lot of people wouldn’t have noticed, but having worked in the hospitality industry for years, I spotted them right away. The property is old, so you get what you pay for. ”
