“Quite a self-contained stay. I received instructions as to how to get to my room which was in the adjoining building to the pub. It was a lovely deluxe room with plenty of space allowing me to get some admin work done beflore relaxing. They had a fridge with plenty of items to choose from for the continental breakfast. “Was a really great stay , staff , excellent , food was really nice . Only downside was the deco , really needs carpets or laminate flooring , been a long time since I have stayed in a hotel with carpet in bathroom . Stayed 2 nights , both mornings got woke up 5 am with the linen truck outside my window .”

“This was our first time staying at Celtic, and we were excited for a birthday celebration. The resort is huge, and our room on the 7th floor had a king-size bed and a very small TV. The bathroom lacked basics like shower gel and body lotion—only shampoo and conditioner were provided. Surprisingly, there was no bottled water in our deluxe room, which felt off for a 5-star hotel. “Visited hotel for Pontypool YFC 80th Reunion, Seren assisted with arrangements but Kirsty made sure everything was perfect on the night. Food was delicious and well presented. Stayed overnight, room was spotless and breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Definitely stay again.”
