“We stayed one night for a local concert at Caldicot Castle. The owner/landlord is so friendly and welcoming (and the staff). Great food at lunch - The steak and ale pie is excellent, as are the home cooked chips from locally sourced produce. Lovely quiet, comfortable and clean room with mini fridge, kettle and coffee/tea available. Great breakfast. Overall a really pleasant stay - Excellent. ”

“The customer service is extraordinary. We also got lucky and managed to play a twilight round of golf on our arrival evening. I lost my Apple Watch on the course but thanks to the extraordinary assistance from the reprint at the Manor House, the shuttle bus driver and George from the golf shop we managed to get it back before it was dark.
