“When we first entered the property it was nice and cool. The layout of the house is nice and I love the esthetics. I love the fact that the cabinets are labeled with what's inside them without checking each cabinet!! The beds are comfortable and the couch was comfy to sit and watch tv and eat a snack. If your going to American Dream water park/mall its a 30 min drive (or less) depending on your driving. I would recommend staying here, clean,resonable pricing and Mr. Emanual was a great host. If……

“Although the original check-in process was fine, the host became unresponsive to our questions during the stay. We were able to figure out the answers to our questions, but it would have been nice to hear anything at all. We went so far as to text the host because we became concerned after radio silence for 3 days. Once she did respond she didn't apologize for not getting back to us and ghosting us for days. ”

“Loved staying here. If you need a place to simply sleep in a comfy bed & get ready to go out for the day, this place is for you. The apartment is exactly how the pictures look. Big parking lot behind the house. The location was a quick drive to the towns we wanted to go visit. Host was super nice and communicative. Overall, we are soooo satisfied! “My girlfriend and I loved our stay here! We stayed for one night and it was perfect for what we needed. Very clean with easy self-check-in. The host was very responsive with all inquiries. Short walk to nice downtown area as well!”

“I booked for my son who is just 18 and too young to book a hotel. He needed a place to go after a concert with friends. I am so grateful to have found a host open to having a young group stay at their place. Upon arrival my son sent me a video stating the place was great! “Very comfortable and clean”! He really enjoyed his stay and said the whole process was easy and relaxing. I highly recommend! ”

“Our stay was peaceful, exciting and relaxing.The house is very spacious, has everything you need and in a tranquil neighborhood.The host was very cordial & responsive as well.”

“Quaint off the main road staycation location that is just the right distance from most major areas. Owner was very timely in getting back to us about any questions we had with the house. People have mentioned the multiple extension cords and connecting wires and older setup; consider the location like a Catskill cabin but closer down the Hudson Valley with some modernized upgrades to fit the house size particularly in the kitchen. All necessary amenities were included: cooking supplies, basic……

“the place was so lovely and comfortable! the hosts were very kind when we had some trouble getting in at first (user error), and we had no troubles at all during our stay. The pool and hot tub are amazing, the house is so comfortable, and there is lots of hiking and other nature activities nearby. the sound of the creek is so soothing!”

“I was not in the property I booked. The owner told me this was her personal unit with “some” of her personal items in it. It was her apartment that had all of her personal effects and had not been cleaned. The trash was full, the dishwasher stunk, there were no cleaning supplies or paper towels. When I asked about not being in the unit I booked, she got defensive and told me this was a bigger unit and that my daughter could sleep in the loft. The loft smelled like cat piss and was cramped full……
