Especially Hanna, one of the staff members, was so helpful and warm that I still remember her name. “The location is fantastic. Not far from the main attractions but without the crowds. Surrounded by great local bistros and restaurants. We stayed in the smallest room but it's still spacious enough for us to open two luggages on the floor. The bathroom is compact and well designed. The snack/drinks bar on the mezzanine floor is great. We also found the staff there very helpful and nice. Overall a very pleasant stay.”

“Room was clean, everything looked new, and location was very convenient. The problem was that weather was hot and there was no AC and only one fan in the room, which made it very uncomfortable. We didn't sleep well for two nights.”

“The room and the linens are clean. A tram station is 4 minutes walk from the hotel, and 5 minutes for a metro station. Cons: There is only 20 cm between the toilet seat and the sink. We only found 3 sockets for charging smart phones, and only 1 of them is at the bedside. I found the sofabed not so comfortable. ”

“Excellent service de la part du personnel ! Endroit idéal près de tout. Situé à 2 minutes du métro Karlsplatz. Très facile d'accès depuis l'aéroport (30 min max via le train et métro) pour seulement 4,6 euros. Très bon buffet le matin. La qualité du matelas est A-1. Nous marchions plus de 10 km par jour et nous avions besoin de bien dormir. Assurément que nous y retournerons ! Excellent rapport qualité/prix.”

“太惊险了！现在我的心还在颤抖。事情是这样的:我们随便溜达到了新城区，由于买了很多水果饮料，就打算taxi回酒店。在taxi站，打了一辆黄色出租车——布拉格所有的正规出租车都是黄色的，看不出真假的差别。而且司机非常热情！问我们在布拉格呆的如何……
