“I am impressed by the friendly staff and the hospitality of the hotel. There are a 30-minute complimentary spa and a food voucher upon checking in. “Hotel have a lovely beach. Because of this reason, when we have meal in the restaurant which is near the beach. But we didnt have a very good time because have a lot of flies during the eating time. We told the waiters is that have any way to solve the problem. The waiter gave us a very surprise answer "because your order sea food meal, so have a lot of fly(flies)" Hahahah But beside of this problem this hotel is very nice and beautiful. ”

“第一天入住時，正逢吃午餐時間，就在飯店裡面吃午餐，原本要點我們想要吃的餐點，但是服務人員一直引導我們點我們沒有想要點的菜。到最後上菜時，不是那麼的符合我們的口味，價格又偏高。後來我們就不在飯店裡面的餐廳用餐（不管是中餐或是晚餐）。除了這點以外，其他的部分都還滿好的。”

“We stayed 7 nights and it turned out to be our best family trip ever. All staff are friendly and eager to help. We're lucky to meet Dias who assisted us since check-in and took care of every detail to the end. Thanks for her hospitality and thoughtfulness. There seemed to be some problem on the room keys and the entry light was flashing, yet all of these were solved immediately after we told the staff. The facility is great yet the staff are even better. It's my smartest decision to choose……

“很方便，很有巴里島風格的飯店，環境很好，唯一缺點是訂房時註明2張床，到了房間卻是一張不那麼大的雙人床，花了一些時間換房間。房間裡有各種蟲類，包括蟑螂、螞蟻、小蜈蚣、小飛蚊等。可以理解有這些昆蟲，因為是很多樹木環繞的平房。如果害怕這些的可能不適合入住”
