“This was our last stop on the way of our move from Arizona to Michigan. The staff was super friendly and nice and although there was a wait checking in, I didn’t mind at all because they handled it professionally and were courteous. My only complaints were that the pool was very cold, my 3 year old didn’t want to swim because he was getting too cold. Also, the room service that was offered was not actually available the hours they mentioned on the menu. The room service is provided by a third……

“At check-in there were two ladies at the front desk, very nice and approachable with conversation. I mentioned the convenience of a pool and how my grand-girls were disappointed because the pool wasn't open in July. One of the ladies mentioned that they would cancel my reservations without an issue but I declined because we had stayed with COMFORT INN previously and enjoyed our stay. Sunday morning we had a issue with the iron, my husband spoke with housekeeping and she replaced it immediately.……

“Staff was very accommodating and kind, the rooms were nice and carpeting was nice as well in the hallway. The room had lighting fixtures that worked and the phone in the room worked to contact the front desk. The bathroom was nice as well, no water flow issues, the beds were comfortable. It was hot outside and the air conditioner worked fabulously. Thank you Super 8 -Monee, Illinois. I will revisit this one!”

“Prostitution area. I stood outside to have a cigarette and a guy drove up to me looking for entertainment. Hotel needs to finish renovating because phones didn’t work and ac was leaking on the floor I woke up to a puddle of water by my bed. Beds were comfortable snd shower was nice”
