“What excited us about this property was its safe and great central location and proximity to the major attractions in NYC especially Central Park. The check-in process was straightforward. We were a party of 8 plus a small child and this property offered ample living and sleeping space for everyone. All heating/cooling units and appliances are still new. Kitchen was well-stocked with everything you need. Host was very easy to reach and responsive. Thanks. ”

“The property is lovely, comfortable, clean, and in a nice quiet neighborhood. We loved being able to plug in to the monitor to work comfortably and having extra space for relaxing. You are close to both Central and Riverside Parks for great walks. Great food is minutes away, but you’re also tucked into a quiet street for the evening. Our only downside was that the AC wasn’t working and things got humid. Otherwise, comfortable and beautiful.”

“This was a special girls' trip to celebrate a birthday and bonding. We had lots of space in a lovely brownstone on lively block. Incredibly comfortable beds, every surface was very clean. The apartment is walking distance to everything you'd need, restaurants, including Syliva's Restaurant, bodegas, a very convenient TJ Maxx and CVS, the Metro (I forget which stop). A short trip to Manhattan by car. It's such a perfect space. Central to anything you'd like to see or experience. Our host was……

“This property was in a fabulous location. Apartment was very clean and the host was responsive. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioners in the rooms were very appreciated. We would have loved an extra hand towel or dish towel for the kitchen. Unfortunately, we ended up with a plumbing problem on our last day so we were unable to use the bathroom sink or shower which put a slight damper on an otherwise wonderful experience. ”

“Overall, our stay was wonderful!! The location of this apt is in a perfect spot in SOHO, with food/drinks/bodegas/etc. (even a grocery store right across the street & ice cream shop right beside) all within 1-2 blocks. Subway is a 5min walk which was also very convenient. It’s not too loud in the area, & the apt is clean & exactly as described. One note-AC was not working well as mentioned in other reviews, I think it’d be difficult to stay during the thick of a hot/cold season. My reasoning for……

The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were a good size. The kitchen had everything we needed. The two bathrooms came in very handy for our group of 5 all trying to get ready for a show, and both were great size with good lighting and an awesome setup.
