“Good location for Chester & surrounding area. Hotel is tired looking in places, and service was sloppy at times. Spacious room,.dimmer was ok, and breakfast was plentiful with a £5 supplement on all cooked food with the exception of the English Breakfast. At £99 b&b it was good calue for money.”

“Fantastic location and easy to find. Great service that allowed late check in via key lock. “quite noizy for the room located on the road side, even after close the window. Luckily the staff in the frant desk was very kind to exchange our room close to the less noizy corner. Otherwise this is a very good choice hotel in terms of CP value. ”

“Excellent greeting upon arrival. A lovely welcome and our room was lovely. A large room with excellent bathroom and a nice view This is a beautiful hotel. “This is a hotel that is part of the services. The staff were fab & friendly. Other guests were a tad noisy & there didn't seem to be much sound proofing. I'd definitely recommend upgrading to anything other than a basic room, if there are two of you, our room was compact & bijou. Clean & tidy though I missed the fact you had to put a sign on your door if you wanted housekeeping to enter your room. ”
