“The room was spacious but in neèd of some updating. For example, the furnishings were showing wear. Some expected items for a hotel stay were not in the room, for example, bathroom tissue. “You often get what you pay for. I paid very little and got very little. That was expected. The room was very small and smelled a little, but it was also clean, tidy and no insects of any kind. I was hoping for a clean cheap motel and that is exactly what it was :) I don't put 5 stars just because at 5 stars people expect things to be perfect, which it wasn't. For example, the walls are made of cardboard and you hear every single car driving by on the street behind. So bring ear plugs :)”

“My partner and I celebrated our 7 year anniversary in this adorable trailer by the stream. It was comfortable and had all the necessities. Its close to Ojai but far enough away for some dark sky star gazing. Keep in mind- this is a trailer! If you are looking for a 5 star resort this is not for you. That being said; as far as trailer life goes I honestly couldnt have asked for more. I would definitely stay again. Also- our host was very accommodating and attentive. Thank you!!”
