“I absolutely loved our stay at this property. I love how comfortable and homey the property felt. Super beautiful and had everything i needed. The key pad to the property was giving me trouble but the property owner was able to help me get access. The king bed in the master room needed repair but regardless amazing stay! Hope to stay there again when im in Bakersfield. ”

“I recently stayed in a 1 bed, 1 bath rental in Bakersfield and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location was a bit farther from town than I would have preferred, but the newness and tranquility of the neighborhood made up for it. Upon arrival, I was greeted with coffee, snacks, and water, which was a thoughtful touch. The check-in process was smooth and secure, thanks to the fire code system in place. “The pictures are very accurate of the house. The house was so beautifully decorated the beds were super comfortable and that couch was the most comfortable couch ever. The neighborhood is really nice I took a long walk around the block it was very peaceful. The only thing was that house listing stated that one bedroom had a king bed a twin sleeper sofa and crib in it. The bedroom only had the king bed in it and the other bedroom had a queen bed in it but that wasn't an issue for us the kids……

“The place was filthy. cockroach’s. Bugs in fridge. Food particles left on counter and microwave. Bathroom sink not cleaned. No toilet paper, no bedding for pull-out couch, no hand towels, one rag and one dish towel. Glasses and cups were filthy from sitting in the open so long. Table could not be used because any weight causes it to tilt over. Bathroom has nowhere to put you toiletries. The owner responded quick, but they couldn’t get toilet paper right away so we had to buy some. Then we had to……
