The multiple "houses" where people can stay, the indoor pool, and the game room really make this place stand out. Check in instructions and directions were super clear and easy to follow. Sam is very responsive. Overall could not ask for better.”

“Our stay at the Summerland Guest Studio was perfect. We were there to drop off our daughter at UCSB, and used it as a relaxing home base in between moving her in and shopping for supplies. We walked to breakfast and then down to the gorgeous beach one morning. The neighborhood is quiet and the beds are clean and comfortable! All in all, a great stay!”
