“I recently stayed in a 1 bed, 1 bath rental in Bakersfield and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location was a bit farther from town than I would have preferred, but the newness and tranquility of the neighborhood made up for it. Upon arrival, I was greeted with coffee, snacks, and water, which was a thoughtful touch. The check-in process was smooth and secure, thanks to the fire code system in place. “I absolutely loved our stay at this property. I love how comfortable and homey the property felt. Super beautiful and had everything i needed. The key pad to the property was giving me trouble but the property owner was able to help me get access. The king bed in the master room needed repair but regardless amazing stay! Hope to stay there again when im in Bakersfield. ”

“The place was filthy. cockroach’s. Bugs in fridge. Food particles left on counter and microwave. Bathroom sink not cleaned. No toilet paper, no bedding for pull-out couch, no hand towels, one rag and one dish towel. Glasses and cups were filthy from sitting in the open so long. Table could not be used because any weight causes it to tilt over. Bathroom has nowhere to put you toiletries. The owner responded quick, but they couldn’t get toilet paper right away so we had to buy some. Then we had to……

“Love staying at your motel ”

“We stayed for just one night in our way to San Francisco but this was a great place for us to rest with our dogs. The house isnt fancy but is clean and very big! Way more space than we needed but we enjoyed the cool weather (15-20 degrees cooler than in the valley) and loved walking to the market and deli down the hill.”

“Property was perfect for our stay. We went with extended family that included all age ranges. The game room was perfect to entertain everyone. House was fully stocked, lots of space, feels larger in person than in pictures. We got some snow on cabin so kids were ableTo play right out back which was awesome. Awesome cabin. ”
