“We had an amazing time. Have been coming to Carpinteria for many years and have stayed in a lot of places by the beach and this was great! The half bath was nice to have, comfy bed upstairs, and plenty of room for the two of us! We love everything about Carp and this really was a comfortable stay. ”

“The condo was beautiful and very well furnished. The deck was great to sit with morning coffee and evening cocktails. This is a family friendly building on a public beach, not very private or quiet. That is not a negative and the location is ideal for bars and restaurants. The management company was friendly and very responsive. ”

Michael has gone over and above by providing so many extra ammenities! The beach cart was wonderful! The pool is refreshing after a day at the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our time, but it was just too short..hopefully next time we will stay much longer!”
