“We had a very comfortable stay over 4th of July weekend. We were 2 adults and 3 kids ages 10 and under. The second bedroom has a bunk bed that actually provides 3 beds - a double bed bottom with a twin top bunk and a twin trundle pull out under the double. The condo is well stocked with beach equipment (photo attached). It’s an easy walk across the street to the sandy beach. ”

“This was an awesome property. We totally enjoyed our stay. Had a little issue with the tv remote but it was resolved almost immediately. Any questions i had were answered in 10 minutes or less via email. The area of carpinteria is wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet even on the weekend. The beach is 5star a-mazing. We cant wait to come back”

“We loved the location! Great fun riding our Boogie Boards on the waves, playing Beach Volleyball and Horseback Riding on Summerland Beach! Our accommodations were comfortable and clean. Easy walk to restaurants and ice cream at Rori's. Highly recommend for a family beach vacation.”
