“La casa está en perfectas confidiciones, tal y como se muestran en las fotos de la página, es exactamente igual. Está en una playa hermosa, es prácticamente privada y muy hermosa. La atención del dueño es excelente y es muy atento. Hay pequeños restaurantes cerca, y un pueblo donde puedes conseguir lo indispensable para disfrutar la estancia. Toda mi familia disfrutó enormemente la estancia aquí y nos quedaron muchas ganas de volver.”

All doors and windows slide open to create a feng shui oasis of energy and airflow.Highly recommend renting an ATV, which the property liaison arranged for us, to go back & forth to the town & beaches due to the steep inclines to reach this splendid property perched on top of the hill.Would definitely return for another stay in this relaxing sanctuary.”

“House was perfect. Views to die for. Pool was amazing. Ted & Brenda were fantastic hosts. Communication was on point. Help refer us to a great driver that shuttled us all to and from airport even stopping at the grocery store to stock up. Gus the caretaker was also full of great information and set up a catered dinner for our arrival date along with a taxi ride to Punta De Mita for dinner one night. Ted also set up a golf cart that was delivered upon arrival. Highly recommend this place! ”

“The Villa was really a lovely house with three spacious bedrooms, two spacious full baths and a nice half bath. The pool was beautiful – always clean with cold water. And the top balcony was spectacular with beautiful views.Unfortunately, there were some little things that needed improvement.For example, there was a grill outside, but the lights that were over the grill didn’t work. And then I discovered that the grill itself did not work because the battery needed to be replaced in the starter.……

“Lovely casitas just a few blocks from the beach! The hut had everything we needed, and the owner was extremely responsive and communicative. The only challenge we had was the house next door had parties two nights in a row, including a live band with just a wall separating us (it was like we were in a club but in bed). I wouldn't anticipate this would happen every night esp Sun-Thurs but noting it may get loud on the weekend just in case you're not party people.”
