“Great vacation unit right on the beach! Quiet, comfortable and perfect for a little get away for a week. Great restaurants within a short walk from the unit. Staff was super friendly and helpful with questions. The balcony was our favorite place to hang out and enjoy the ocean sounds. Beds were super comfy and we had no issues at all during our visit. We felt super safe too during our visit. We hope to be back next year in this same property. ”

“Small condo. Large patio. Our favorite was the rooftop pool with surround views of the town and beach. Right downtown beside the markets. Can be noisey at night. Apartment small but large closet space in each room. Large shower. Comfortable beds and wondershshower”

“This rental is in the perfect spot. We really liked that it was walking distance to the grocery store and that Centro, with it's food carts and vendors, was really close by.We found it to be a nice secure building with access to it, and your unit, via fingerprint. That worked for some in our party but not others so you may end up having to carry a card. The elevators open directly into your apartment but you do share the elevator with the unit across from you. They can't access your unit but……

“Highly recommend Hacienda de Mita PH2-2 Fabulous beachfront location with incredible views. Beautiful large condo and very well equipped. It also is so convenient to the little town of Punta de Mita. The highlight of this rental is the housekeeper/cook Eli! The breakfast and lunches were amazing. Thanks for taking such good care of us. Looking forward to revisiting again soon. ”

“We enjoyed our stay in this updated condo. We love Playa Royale and were very pleased to enjoy the updated, floors, furniture, TV, beds, etc. that other condos lack. It was really nice to have housecleaning included and they give you a schedule so you know when to expect them. Very nice job cleaning! Our only complaint would be the slow response of the owner. However, we are already booked for next year and anticipate another good stay.”

“I’ve stayed at Marina residences many times over the last 20 years. Lots of changes. The direct access to the mall has been closed. Many of the mall businesses were vacant. The public boat ramp is very busy with noise from back up tractor each am. The DMV now is right nextdoor”

“Pros: -Location is near the beach -Spacious condo -Property manager is responsive -kitchen stocked , however one dish towel for 10 days and no washer ! Need to do hand washing. - good size bedrooms and baths. Cons : -Sofas and area rug are stained and dirty -No washer or dryer -Furniture is uncomfortable and very sparse -Slider on patio window is broken -Bathrooms plumbing is unreliable. -No deadbolt on main door , one key to lock the door when you are out or inside the condo. Very odd set up.……
