“We spent two nights at the White Star Tavern hotel. The rooms are lovely and quite luxurious. The breakfast was excellent. The only issue we had was a small dog lives in a small apartment at the back of the hotel. When we went out to the rooftop garden it bit my foot and ripped my husband's shoes. ”

“Comfy and well decorated. No problems at all. Grocery store and delicious pub was less than five minutes away. 5 minute walk to Solent Sky, a great airplane museum. Great for a family or two couples.”

“I was concerned after reading reviews but need not of worried , it is basic but with everything you need , it was clean and so quiet and its a short walk to the shop , it was so quiet had no problem sleeping , i will remember to take batteries for the tv remote as had to keep getting up to change the channel when asked house keeping never had spare ones , but apert from that we had kettle and tea and coffee supplied and toiletries, over all an enjoyable stay and i didnt want to leave , will……
