You can tell they really care about every guest, I had an extremely early check out time and they had my car pulled up and someone to meet me in the morning with coffee brewed already! “Our stay at the Santa Fe Hilton Vacation Club Villas was just fantastic. Every single person on staff we talked with was extremely kind and helpful. The property is in a great location, with just a short walk to the historic square. With the parking situation in downtown Santa Fe on the difficult and costly side, it was very refreshing to know that our car was close by, safe and came at no extra charge. We made use of the complete kitchen, and also enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea……

“Be prepared that the property has no on-site staff. And response to your questions aren't very timely. That said, we had no issues. Amenities are nice. The property is well-kept, very clean and new smelling. And nice eye-catching addition is the small art gallery that is right off the lobby. Oh, and parking, while complimentary, is a block and a half away. Not far but not on site. ”
